Thomas McKean (March 19, 1734 June 24, 1817) was an American lawyer and politician from New Castle, in New Castle County, Delaware and Thomas McKean s mother, Letitia Finney, was the daughter of Robert and Dorothea Finney, who emigrated from Ireland with their family and settled in New London Township before 1720.
